Overview

We are currently looking for an Application Specialist to provide PolyWorks-related technical services in China.

You didn’t have the chance to work with PolyWorks® yet? Don’t worry, our team of experts will provide the best training to allow you to perform the following tasks :

Responsibilities

Gain an in-depth knowledge of our solutions in order to provide basic and expert-level technical support to our customers.
Provide to our customers training sessions (which last normally three / four days) to ensure that they efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes.
Perform advanced software demonstrations adapted to the specific needs of our potential customers.
Communicate the specific needs of our customers to the software development team.

This position is primarily office-based and frequent travel across the Chinese territory (primarily Shanghai) is to be expected.

Qualifications

University degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field

Good written and spoken English

Willingness to travel frequently

Sociable and determined to understand and meet the needs of our customers

Experience with CAD / CAM software and design as well as manufacturing processes

CNC CMM programming experience

2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Strong interest for teamwork
