The NTC ET Ops Lead role is accountable and responsible for overall NTC Enterprise Technology Operations which covers security, safety, compliance, strategic ET decisions, global solution, global communication, business communication, emergency break-fix, work around, new technology, Ford ET policy implementation.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent academic qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other fields with related work experience, is required.
- Experience with multiple infrastructure environments and understanding their relationships (. OS, hardware, data center, security, network, voice, mobile devices, end user and server / web related applications).
- Experience in Linux / Windows server management.
- Experience in network LAN / WAN, Cisco firewall and switch configuration and management.
- Good at Microsoft Office 365 and Cisco Webex products (. Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, Webex, Intune Services,
- Experience in maintaining IT security, compliance and control.
- 3-5 years in a corporate IT department providing end user support over a wide range of end user environments.
- have a helpdesk mindset and ideally a desk side services background
- Global view of technology and solutions.
- Exposure to IT standard process (ITIL) and project management (PMP).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with local and global team members.
- ITIL certificate is preferred.
- CCNA certificate is preferred.
