职位描述
职位内容：
1. System design: Lead the design of drying system (including air duct, evaperation, condensation and other keep components) in washer dryer globally
系统开发与设计：主导全球洗衣干衣机烘干系统（包括风路、蒸发、冷凝等核心模块）的结构设计
2. Key technology development: Utilize principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical design to address key technical issues such as drying efficiency and drying speed
核心技术攻关：运用热力学、流体力学及机械设计原理，解决烘干效率、烘干速度等关键技术问题
3.Cost analysis and optimization: Understand the design of key components such as metal sheet, stamping structures, plastic parts, and rubber seal. Ensure that meets performance and reliability requirements, and achieve cost reduction through technical measures (such as system simplification, material substitution, process optimization, etc.)
成本分析及优化：对于金属钣金、冲压结构、塑料件、橡胶密封件等核心部件的设计有一定的了解，确保满足性能、可靠性的同时，通过技术手段（如系统简化、材料替代、工艺优化等）实现降本目标
4. Full lifecycle technology management: from new product development to mass production problem-solving, providing technical root cause analysis, rapid iteration solutions, and leading cost reduction projects
全生命周期技术管理：从新产品开发到量产问题解决，提供技术根因分析、快速迭代方案，并主导降本项目
5. Track cutting-edge technologies in the industry, apply new materials and technologies, promote design innovation

岗位要求：
1. Master's degree, majors in fluid machinery and engineering, refrigeration and cryogenic engineering, fluid mechanics, or related fields are all acceptable
硕士学历， 流体机械及工程、制冷与低温工程、流体力学等相关专业均可
2. 3 years of independent design experience, with preference given to those with experience in the design and development of thermodynamic and fluid systems in home appliances or related fields
3年独立设计经验，有家电或相关领域的热力学、流体系统设计与开发经验者优先
3. Be brave enough to accept challenges. Have strong resilience, and possess innovative and practical problem-solving abilities

4. Good teamwork spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate with various departments and promote the smooth progress of projects
