Welcome to Bosch. *Job Description* * Mainly responsible for customer 0-km / field claim analysis * Analysis the claimed ECU from customer, find the root cause * Prepare the analysis report and provide to relevant people * New process introduce for warranty analysis * - Understand product function and circuits diagram * - Understand the product test specification * - Create warranty analysis process document and related working instruction * - Analysis equipment setup for new project * IQIS input for failure analysis information * Support customer quality engineer solve customer complain problem * Other tasks which is assigned by Quality Section Manager / Supervisor *Qualifications* Bachelor in Electronic 3 + years working experience in electronic analysis Familiar with circuit diagram analysis,Know very well about some electronic components
