- Job Description* * Leading RBCW commerical purchasing commerical team * Define and implement category strategy, in cooperation with global cross-functional team. * Steer E-Bidding list and New Awarding based on strategy to ensure target cost achievement. * Work with the team to achieve MAT Target (BP, CF, YTD, YECC) * Commercial expertise, technical competence and market knowledge for HAWA products * Interface towards BU and outside BBM for HAWA related topic *Qualifications* * Bachelor degree * 5+ years experience in automotive purchasing * Strong communication skills, good at cross-functional collaboration; * Strong analytical skill, presentation skill and influencing skill; * Independent thinking and decision-making ability; * Proactive, high problem solving ability.
