What You Will Own

• Build, expand, and aggressively scale a high-performing recruitment partner / agent network across China
• Drive consistent student enrolments to global universities across key study destinations
• Deliver revenue and enrolment targets through strong partner activation and pipeline management
• Be the face of the company in China—leading agent events, roadshows, trainings, webinars, and market initiatives
• Work closely with global sales, marketing, and admissions teams to accelerate market growth and impact

Requirements:

Required Experience

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in overseas education / study abroad sales / B2B partnerships focused on the China market
• Strong, active China agent & recruitment partner network (mandatory)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment and revenue targets
• Excellent communication skills (English + Mandarin required)
• Highly driven, result-oriented mindset with passion for scaling markets and enabling student success
