Welcome to Bosch. *Job Description* *About the Role : * As the Value Stream Manager for MXM & MXS, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end (E2E) value stream, driving operational excellence and maximizing business value. Acting as the primary interface for external communication, you will break down organizational silos, integrate resources effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a strategic leadership role pivotal to aligning cross-functional teams with our business objectives. *Key Responsibilities : 1. Value Stream Vision & Strategy : * * Define, communicate, and execute a clear vision and strategic roadmap for the Motor and Battery Pack value streams. * Develop a deep understanding of internal and external customer needs and translate them into actionable value stream strategies. *2. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration : * * Act as the unified external communication window; build and maintain robust relationships with business stakeholders to ensure transparent dialogue regarding performance, initiatives, and challenges. * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and best-practice sharing with global value streams and PuT teams. *3. Performance Measurement & Results : * * Establish a comprehensive KPI framework to track, analyze, and report on value stream performance using data-driven insights. * Conduct regular performance reviews with relevant stakeholders to ensure accountability and continuous alignment. *4. Budget & Resource Alignment : * * Oversee value stream resource planning, ensuring optimal allocation of funding, manpower, and assets to support strategic objectives and key initiatives. *5. Team Management & Development : * * Lead and unite cross-functional teams across multiple value streams to achieve shared targets. * Build a strong talent pipeline, drive employee engagement, and champion people development within the value stream organization. *Qualifications* *Managerial : * * Strong entrepreneurial thinking and actions * Deriving sustainable decisions based on cross-functional knowledge and experience * Basic business management knowledge (marketing, sales, controlling) * Strong leadership and interpersonal skills *Technical : * * Solid know-how of BPS (Bosch Production System) * Project management skills * Digitalization skills sets Voz.
