Job Summary :
The Assistant Financial Controller assists the Financial Controller in overseeing daily operations of the accounting department. This includes supervising staff, preparing reports, conducting financial analysis, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures, managing budgets, and safeguarding assets. The role also involves handling tax matters, managing personnel, and maintaining communication with auditors, tax officials and banks.
