JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Description :

• Proficient in energy sources and isolation of equipment within the position, able to guide other colleagues in LOTO tasks and update lockout WI in a timely manner
• Proficient with the requirement of CCP & OPRP and able to mentor other coworkers.

• Maintain GMP compliance in the area

• Ability to complete start-up preparations and work requirements during shutdowns to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Proficient in SOP, disassembling, and cleaning equipment in the position and keeping WI up-to-date
• Report accurately and promptly to the shift manager on the work of the position
• Actively participates in CI activity in the area and in the position, and makes suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure the accuracy of packaging materials and that defects are detected in a timely manner.
• Operate electronic scales and sampling tools in accordance with standard operations, and reconfirm the contents after adjustments are made in the event of a model change
• Completing job monitoring points in the production process on time and making timely and accurate records accordingly.
• Completing the planned production on time and controlling the scrap of package materials.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation of production reports required by the position.
• Ensure the quality of product appearance and inform the relevant personnel to make adjustments in a timely manner.
• Retain microbiological, physicochemical, and morning samples according to sampling standards; perform daily smear monitoring.
• Autonomous maintenance equipment as per guidance and keep records
