About this Position
- Be responsible for the inspection of production equipment & public facilities, routine maintenance and maintenance management. Responsible for spare parts selection and inventory management. Responsible for continuous improvement of cost and productivity and so on. Improve team member skills and manage the attendance & assessment of technicians. Safety and quality management of maintenance, etc.
What you´ll do
- Lead team to make troubleshooting for daily mechanical, electrical, instrument control to ensure the smooth operation of production. Equipment inspection and improvement to continuously reduce downtime.
- Lead team to use maintenance system to manage preventive maintenance of production equipment and public facilities to ensure the equipment, instruments and control systems keep in good condition.
- Lead team to manage the spare parts and inventory well by maintenance system to ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of key equipment spare parts.
- Identify and eliminate quality and safety risks in daily work, and strive team to achieve outstanding SHEQ performance.
- Lead team to make CI for cost saving and productivity improvement and ensure team to achieve KPI target.
- Lead team to enhance their work skills and teamwork. Manage staff attendance and assessment.
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in chemical industry.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control systems; knowledge of equipment calibration standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with SHE standards and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
