Position
Lead the demand and supply planning work for a brand or multi brands for its China market business. Co-work with cross function teams in local and central through regular exchange. Develop supply chain expertise by optimizing process and tools.
Demand Planning
- Manage a brand or multi brands demand planning process
- Build sell out and sell in forecasts for all business channels online and offline
- Manage new product launch and animation forecasts by considering marketing and sales plan
- Lead S&OP with key business partners to guarantee business by delivering excellent performance on inventory and service level
Supply Planning
Validate the supply needs by taking into account the demand planEnsure timely inbound supply for NoveltiesOptimize the supply plan according to service level, logistic cost targets and regulatory constraintsDistribution & Inventory
Manage stock allocation and reservation to channels to guarantee product availabilityMonitor stock quality (excess, obsolete, shelf life), depreciation, and destructionControl good inventory level and coverage in days in warehouse and in storesProfile
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environmentAdvanced MS Excel skills and fluent English / Mandarin in both oral and written.Minimum 8+ years in planning experience, in cosmetic industry would be a plusStrong data analysis skill and business senseOwnership and responsibility
