• 使用 ReactJS / NextJS 开发高质量的前端应用程序，并遵守最佳编码实践。
• 确保生产稳定性，并及时解决关键问题以最小化运营影响。
• 分析现有代码并确定增强和优化的机会。
• 通过高效处理变更请求来支持跨职能团队。
• 指导和培训初级开发人员有关软件开发的最佳实践。
• 审查同事的拉取请求以保持代码质量和一致性。
