Job Description

To support e-commerce long-term growth, we need a Key Account Manager for PDD platform, who is responsible for both on strategic level as well as on tactical and operational level.

The key objective of the Key Account Manager to further develop the joint business and partnership with customers. This requires a strong partnership with our clients, and customer focus with an eCommerce insight driven approach identifying and winning new commercial opportunities, in order to create value for both LEGO Company and our retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Clients/Vendor Management

  • Responsible for planning and managing full year sales plan of the channels.
  • Act as key contact window between the platform and company.
  • Build up and maintain balanced and mutual beneficial relationship with clients in the long term.

Campaign Planning/Execution

  • Activate marketing campaigns on PDD platforms based on both LEGO and platform’s annual marketing calendars.
  • Pro-actively identify new commercial opportunities with focus on digital and support from functional experts within channel marketing and performance marketing.

Budget Management

  • Manage expense including expense planning, application, progress tracking and also communicating and negotiating with clients.

Daily Routine Coordination

  • Responsible for daily communication and collaboration with different functions.
  • Coordinate with EMP about daily routines including order management, product demand and expense claim etc.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, in a business-related field preferred
  • 6-10 years+ experience in E-commerce industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Data driven mindset
  • Strong analytical capabilities, expertise in driving online operation KPI.
  • Knowledge on online retail market, able to breakdown sales target to details build-blocks like traffic, portfolio, campaigns etc
  • Working experience in big online platforms is a plus, e.g., Alibaba
  • Experiences on Distributor management or multi-customers management is better.
