DDD & clean-architecture delivery experience
Hands-on micro-services architecture
Solid system-design / tech-stack evaluation skills
Experience with relational databases and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with message queues (Kafka or similar)
Experience with search technologies (OpenSearch Elasticsearch) Git & mainstream branch models (GitFlow Trunk-Based)
Proven prod-issue troubleshooting and alert optimisation
Strong cross-team communication & knowledge-sharing Code-quality best practices and team coaching Skills as a

plus : fluent English speaking
