Perform failure analysis for Toshiba products at OEM/ODM, including sorting/rework.
2.负责与客户采购,生产,质量,技术部门联络和沟通，并提供技术支持。
Communicate with customers' various dept. and provide technical support.
3.为客户提供相应的操作或产品培训。
Provide technical training to customers for handling improvement or product promotion.
4.追踪并报告东芝产品在OEM/ODM厂商的质量表现。
Obtain and report product performance timely.
5.提交产品质量报告、质量趋势报表，并与东芝全球团队沟通合作。
Submit quality trend report and closely work with Toshiba global groups.
申请条件 1、Education/ 教育背景: Bachelor degree or above of Computer or Electronics related
2、Experience/经验: over 4 years (at least 2 years in IT industry)
3、Skills& Qualification/ 技能与资质:
Familiar with PC hardware/software and storage products (HDD/SSD). Experience in Enterprise Server and/or SI (System Integration) industry is preferred. Fluent English, strong communication skills and team spirit required.
4、Language/语言要求: English Lever: CET-4 or above
