Be the Services LoB as inhouse consult, and support overall service strategy cascading down to offer level. Support the success strategy deployment to achieve mid-term business ambition. Responsibilities :
- Key contributor in Service offer relevant Strategy Deep Dive, work as inhouse consultant to provide consulting expertise & service to support all leagues and hub team on the strategic topics
- Give support and governance for business case calculation methodology (done by Product Owners) for new offers
- Lead Services offer business business intelligence part at global level through collaboration with relevant inhouse stake holders to make it happen, covering :
- market analysis (eg. trends, business drivers, growth opportunities, disruptive technology)
- analyze market landscape, conduct in-depth competition study, benchmarking competitive positioning for strategic offers
- Analyse potential target for M&A to complement our offer and help contribute to building the case as needed In this role, the individual is expected to :
- Solid experience in strategy marketing
- Have good experience in consulting will be a plus
- Engineering / science background to be able to quickly understand all relevant Schneider Electric offer portfolio
- Data analytics skills as well as synthetical presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Accustomed to fast-changing, complex and ambiguous environment
