  • Be able to independently manage for fitting-out project and site construction management of green field project. Focusing on delivering the best possible outcome from our clients investment.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of project delivery. Meet customer expectations in every interaction with them and receive the positive feedback from client.
  • Manage and coordinate all phase of project deliveries. Be able to implement the best industry practice.
  • Deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.
  • Manage and coordinate with other consultants and contractors.
  • Assist line manager in improving the service financial performance throughout the project delivery.

in MEP :

  • Focus on all aspects in MEP issue in project delivery, including design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.
  • Be expertise of MEP code and regulation.
  • Provide MEP advice to manage other consultants, contractors and suppliers.
  • Lead and manage project team. Ensure all project targets are met, manage open issues.
  • Organize project meeting and follow LOP list;
  • Conduct constructability reviews of design drawings and specifications and feed back to Design department.
  • Ensure documentation and liaison with document control department.
  • Review and manage shop drawings.
  • Coordinate Bidding drawings, Specs and samples with LDI.
  • Review the bids technically and communicate deviations.
  • Develop and publish respective project status reports.
  • Take fully responsible respective project quality management, schedule management, cost management, EHS management.
  • Ensure that all project costs are accurately estimated and then tracked during the project lifecycle.
  • Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements;
  • Organize to develop bidding document and support others departments during bidding process.
  • Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities to the project team.
  • Interface coordination with LDI, CSA / MEP / BAS contractor, material supplier, infrastructure, technology and Govt.side.

  • Provide supervision and direction to the field engineers.
  • Management of construction method statement (submission, approval in coordination with third parties, implementation).
  • Chair construction management meetings and prepare / distribute minutes as required.
  • Manage request for information (RFI) procedure. Ensure timely response to RFI requests.
  • Coordinate as needed with BBA PM, BBH-6, technology, design team, Contractor and design engineers.

  • Prepare submittal logs and expedite submittals as needed to support the project schedule.
  • The AM should walk the site regularly to control work quality, materials and the time schedule.
  • If construction defects or time schedule delays are detected the area manager shall ensure that corrective action is taken to correct the issue
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, till CAH work finished
  • Identify and minimizes risk on project;
  • Effectively utilizes each team member to his / her fullest potential;
  • Ensure EHS standard is fulfilled during project execution.

    • EHS的要求

  • Check construction progress payments.
  • Bachelor degree or above in Civil engineering  /  Electrical Engineering and Automation / HVAC, or other related majors. More than 10 years' experience in project management for manufactory or property projects, including but not limited the construction management, design coordination, engineering change management, equipment selection, site commissioning, acceptance and handover work.

    • 10年以上制造工厂或地产项目管理经验，包括但不限于施工管理设计协调变更管理设备选型现场调试验收移交等工作

  • Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation.
  • Be able to multitask and manage priorities
  • Pro-active approach - able to identify areas of need
  • Be able to adopt change according to company business plan
  • Good collaboration & team work
  • Good English and Mandarin, fluent spoken English is preferred.
  • Very familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Well organized and able to multi-task, possess extreme attention to details.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.
