Department : Technology Location : China Department : Technology Location : China Job Description This role is on the Homepage Product Operations within Lazada’s SEA platform User Operations team. With our team, you will deliver homepage product projects to drive a significant impact on Lazada's customers. This role requires strong problem-solving and analytical skills, superb customer insight, excellent planning and the ability to articulate and present information to partners at all levels of the business.
Responsibilities :
1. 负责提升平台核心产品的用户数量和活跃度,根据产品的特性进行相应的市场分析,制定产品推广方案;
3.对东南亚市场有一定的了解,能根据产品特性和人群特性进行差异化投放策略制定,持续优化投放效率;
4.能结合当地市场的热点事件,及时策划阶段性执行方案,推动用户活跃度的提升。 Job Requirements 1. 具有良好的沟通和表达能力,能够熟练使用英语进行项目沟通或合作对接;
2. 拥有3年以上的产品运营工作经验,有营销经验的优先考虑;
3. 敢于创新、善于思考,对数据有极高的敏锐度,能够通过市场反馈进行数据分析;
4. 定期进行市场、竞品分析,并形成相应的机制以及反馈报告。
