Responsibilities
A. Building Maintenance Management
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Plan and manage cyclical repairs and upgrades.
- Supervise contractors for building, M&E, security, and cleaning services.
- Verify invoices and recommend payments.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist in crisis management, emergency planning, and fire drills.
B. Contract Management
Manage service contracts (cleaning, security, M&E, pest control, etc.).Prepare tenders, specifications, and oversee contract renewals.Evaluate contractor performance and ensure service quality.C. Property Administration & Management
Handle tenant complaints, queries, and feedback.Maintain asset records, budgets, and documentation.Ensure proper filing of building-related documents.Prepare and submit required reports to the Government.D. Deliverables
Submit reports : Monthly management reports, maintenance audit reports, contractor performance assessments, and preventive maintenance schedules.Track utilities, maintenance issues, and contractor details.Monitor budget, expenses, and compliance with licensing requirements.Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Building / Real Estate Management or other related discipline in facility management with minimum 5 years' relevant work experienceDiploma in Building must have a minimum 8 years' relevant experience, including M&E backgroundMust possess Fire Safety Manager certificateStrong verbal and written communication skillsTell employers what skills you have
