Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Coordinate closely with BA and development team to plan, execute product testing for quality and conformance to functional specifications and end user expectation
• Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of product issues/bugs
• Investigate reports of product quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with project timeline
• Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers
• Provide training and support to quality assurance team members
• Analyze customer tickets, diagnoses and provides resolution or recommend corrective actions.
• Manage individual and team priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
• Provide SIT/UAT/PROD support.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or IT related subject.
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in quality assurance and software testing.
• Knowledge and experience in the Credit Card Payment will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in best practices for testing, version control, and defect management
• Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Previous experience as business analyst, system analyst or software engineer in payment/banking industry will be added advantage
• Experience in unit testing, functional and integration testing.
• Good knowledge of agile software development methodologies and industry best practices.
• Genuine interest in technology, software development as well as high levels of self-motivation.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimum supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills.
• Strong English communication skill (written and verbal).
