Welcome to Bosch. *Job Description* *Job Summary : * * Quality Customer Engineer for Bosch Semiconductor Products * Responsible for customer communication * Problem solving with RtP1 *Job Responsibilities : * * Striving for customer satisfaction : customer communication for all quality related topics, improvement of customer satisfaction for assigned customers; handling and tracking of customer claims in SAP, QPIT and related system * Job specific : Focus on SiC claims for ME customers via distributors; close cooperation with Chinese and German quality team, analysis lab and Chinese sales team *Qualifications* * university degree in technical subjects, or other university degree + 5years work experience in technical field * several years of experience in quality management or manufacturing or development or project management * experience in quality field;exp. in claim management; exp. in customer communication * workable english
