Welcome to Bosch. *Job Description* * *Project Management : Lead and coordinate HR operational excellence projects, close collaboration with China, Japan and Korea HRSSC team.* * *Cross-Cultural Collaboration : Work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to align global standards with local requirements, ensuring consistent service quality.* * *Data Governance : Develop and maintain data governance frameworks in HR SSC area to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company and legal standards.* * *Data Analysis & Reporting : Perform data analysis to generate insights into HR service performance, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.* *Qualifications* * *Experience : 3+ years in HR shared services, project management, or data analysis roles.* * *Project Management Skills : Proven experience in managing cross-culture projects.* * *Data Analysis & Visualization : Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, or SQL, with the ability to generate actionable insights.* * *Communication & Collaboration : Excellent communication, with experience working in cross-cultural environments.* * *Fluency in English : Required for collaboration with global stakeholders; additional language skills (e.g., German, Japanese, or Korean) are a plus.*
