Welcome to Bosch. *Job Description* * Responsible for *onsite root cause analysis* of supplier quality issues related to *heat treatment and machining*, and follow up on the *implementation and verification of corrective actions* to ensure issue resolution. * Support *technical discussions*, *sample approvals*, and *safe launches* for new machining and heat treatment projects, ensuring suppliers meet all quality and process requirements before mass production. * Drive *continuous improvement initiatives* at supplier sites, focusing on *process stability, quality performance*, and the use of quality tools such as *8D, FMEA, and SPC*. *Qualifications* * Experienced engineer with background in *manufacturing technologies* (e.g. machining, heat treatment) and *quality management tools* such as 8D, FMEA, SPC. * Proven skills in *root cause analysis* and *problem-solving* within supplier or production environments. * Strong *communication and coordination abilities*, able to work cross-functionally and with external suppliers. * *Fluent in English* for both written and verbal communication, including technical discussions and reporting. * Hands-on experience in *project support or new product launch* from a quality perspective. * *Self-driven*, structured, and improvement-oriented. * Willingness to *travel to supplier sites* when required.
