Welcome to Bosch. *Job Description* * Be responsible for new platform development acting as project leader, to ensure project objectives with defined development process * Lead cross functional mechanical development SE-team (customer, sales, engineering, production, quality...) * Lead team to do project requirement / time / cost / risk / change management, technical analysis / problem solving * Release product to production and support for production launch * Build up network with worldwide engineering team (Hungary, Japan, Germany) *Qualifications* * overall outlook to project, ability to do time / cost / risk management * logic thinking for problem solving & root cause analysis * barrier-free communication with all stakeholders in English * drive to results as expected on the basis of product / project knowledge, soft skills(conflict management, escalation...)
