What you'll do

• Partner with OpCo commercial management to professionalize Nutreco China's 200+ salesforce.
• Map sales capabilities, identify training needs and develop a sales handbook; deliver direct training and train-the-trainer sessions.
• Work with Sales Directors to standardize and enhance KAM and distribution processes.
• Deploy and train the team on Microsoft CRM and other global tools in close collaboration with regional & global teams.
• Champion proven sales techniques (SPIN, FAB) and drive continuous improvement.
• Build transparent dashboards and performance indexes to track sales progress, results and improvement areas.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. A practical problem-solver who thinks and acts out of the box, excels at cross-functional collaboration and communicates fluently in Mandarin and English.

You'll also need:

• Bachelor's/Master's in Economics, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in commercial excellence, sales ops or strategic sales.
• Proven ability to conduct gap analysis and implement change in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerBI experience is a big plus.
• Willingness to travel across China.
