Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Engage in the sales and expansion of ABB excitation in hydropower.
• Enhance the popularity and market share of ABB excitation in the hydropower industry.
• Develop regional and industry channel distributors and partners.
• Sales orders will be evaluated monthly, and one can work under sales pressure

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in electrical engineering, automation or related fields.
• More than 3 years of sales experience in the power system. Familiarity with hydropower sales is preferred.
• Good execution ability, communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Have a good command of English (CET-4 or above), and be fluent in English listening and speaking.
• Have a good ability to learn products.
• Adapt to frequent business trips.
