Welcome to Bosch. *Job Description* * Teamwork with Purchasing department to select the potential suppliers. * Involve and be a strong partner in Advanced Product Quality Planning / PQP (Preventive Quality Planning) to meet project metrics. * Be responsible of PPAP for purchased components. * Lead implement process audit at supplier and follow-up audit until all findings closed. * Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Project (SQIP). * Trace 8D timing and evaluate 8D quality, train supplier 8D when needed. * Collect failure costs and claim to supplier. * Support the 3rd part and customer audit. * Support Bosch other plants. *Qualifications* * Bachelor’s degree or master’s in mechanic & tooling relevant or plastic tooling * Bachelor : above 3 years. Or Master : No experience required * Solid knowledge in plastic molding or tooling. * Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO9001 / IATF16949. * Good knowledge with quality management tools such as APQP / PPAP, FEMA, SPC,MSA and 8D. * English : Fluent
