Welcome to Bosch. *Job Description* As a sales manager, you will be responsible for business acquisition in the field of PVD and DLC wear protection coating. Detailed tasks are as the following : 作为一名销售经理,您将负责PVD和DLC耐磨涂层领域的业务开发.具体职责如下 : 1. Manage the entire sales cycle - from qualifying the potential requests, building a competitive value proposition to negotiation till accepting the customer order 管理整个销售周期-从挖掘潜在需求,提供具有竞争力的报价方案,商务谈判,再到获取客户订单. 2. Achieve assigned order, revenue and margin targets by selling BOSCH coating products : DLC and PVD coating service 通过销售博世涂层产品DLC和PVD的涂层服务,实现设定的订单, 销售, 盈利目标. 3. New markets and customers development, especially in the fields of mobility (automative, e-mobility, motorcycle, bicycles, ships, trains and trucks), mechanical engineering (gears, bearings, pumps, compressors, vanes...) and other precision components; 3C e.g. foldable phones; semi-conductor e.g. E-chucks, carriers. build strategic relationships with customers, setup and maintain annual key sales plan. 负责新市场和客户开发,特别是在移动出行领域(汽车,电动汽车,摩托车,自行车,船舶,火车和卡车),机械工程(齿轮,轴承,泵,压缩机,叶片...)和其他精密部件;3C,例如可折叠手机;半导体,如静电吸盘,载具.与客户建立战略关系,制定和维护年度关键销售计划. 4. More than 5 years working experience as sales in the field of PVD / CVD / DLC coating 5年以上PVD / CVD / DLC涂层服务销售经验 2. Customer centric selling and large accounts development skillset 以客户为中心的销售和大客户开发技能 3. Good communication and negotiation skills 良好的沟通和谈判技巧 4.
