Key Responsibilities
1.Drive the innovation roadmap with open-minded thinking and a clear strategic vision for the future of Dishcare.
以开放的思维和对洗碗机研发未来的清晰战略愿景推动创新路线图。
2.Integrate next-generation technologies, including AI-driven program logic, smart and virtual sensors, advanced automation, and connected features.
集成下一代技术，包括人工智能驱动的程序逻辑、智能和虚拟传感器、高级自动化和连接功能。
3.Lead feasibility studies, rapid prototyping, and simulation-driven validation to transform concepts into robust early solutions.
领导可行性研究、快速原型制作和模拟驱动验证，将概念转化为稳健的早期解决方案。
4.Collaborate closely with engineering and software teams to align early concepts with long-term product strategy.
与工程和软件团队密切合作，使早期概念与长期产品战略保持一致。
5.Engage with leading research institutes and technology partners to bring cutting-edge knowledge into the Dishcare portfolio.
与领先的研究机构和技术合作伙伴合作，将尖端知识带入洗碗机产品组合。
6.Coordinating benchmarking, patent scouting, and pre-development initiatives in strong collaboration with global and local teams.
与全球和本地团队密切合作，协调基准测试、专利侦察和预开发计划。
Qualifications & Experience
1.Master’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Sensor Technology, or a related discipline
机械工程、传感器技术或相关学科硕士及以上学历
2.5+ years of innovation in R&D, pre-development, or advanced engineering; experience in the dishwashing industry is a strong plus
在研发、预开发或先进工程方面有5年以上的创新经验；有洗碗行业经验者优先
3.Hands-on expertise in aerodynamics simulation, sensor technologies, and AI-driven fields
空气动力学模拟、传感器技术和人工智能驱动领域的实践经验
4.Proven track record in transforming early-stage ideas into compelling product concepts
具备早期想法转化为引人注目的产品概念方面的良好记录
5.Leadership capabilities with sharp analytical thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills
具有敏锐分析思维和跨职能协作技能的领导能力
6.Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage
英语流利；德语能力优先
