Job Description

• Market Access Leadership : Oversee the development and execution of an optimal patient access strategy for public and private funding, ensuring success for our client's current and pipeline technologies.Ensure compliance with public and private payers' requirements, engaging with local authorities for successful market access implementation.Navigate healthcare / government market access processes, influencing key opinion leaders and representing our client in industry-wide conversations.Develop and plan in-country and regional market access projects, monitoring changes in access policy and acting as an internal reimbursement expert.
• Government Affairs Leadership : Develop, coordinate, and drive government affairs strategies, aligning with overall business strategy and external policy environment.Map key government and stakeholder relationships, building sustainable connections.Position our client as a thought leader in health policy, leveraging global resources and engaging with industry associations for effective policy advocacy.
• Communications and Strategic Planning : Direct internal and external communications, lead patient engagement projects, and prioritize strategic activities.Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Deliver executive-level communications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
