Business Analyst - FinTech Trading Platform

Are you passionate about the intersection of financial markets and technology? We’re looking for a Business Analyst with a strong engineering or computer science background who thrives on solving complex problems and bridging the gap between trading teams and technical delivery. In this role, you will gather and translate business requirements from sales, trading, and operations teams into clear functional specifications for developers. You’ll work across the full project lifecycle – from requirement gathering and documentation to testing, UAT, and production rollouts. You’ll be at the center of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring trading solutions meet business objectives and are delivered on time. What You’ll Do Partner with trading and operations teams to understand requirements and workflows Translate business needs into technical specifications and documentation Design test strategies, support UAT, and validate production releases Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality trading solutions Analyze data using SQL and other tools to support decision-making and reporting What We’re Looking For Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field Experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or software implementation Strong skills in SQL and familiarity with trading systems or financial data flows Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly Experience delivering projects in an Agile environment preferred This role is ideal for someone who wants to apply their technical background in a fast-paced, global trading environment and see the real impact of their work on high-performing financial systems.
