About the Team

We are looking for a new colleague at our location in Caohejing, Shanghai.

What you can look forward to as a Project Manager:

• Lead business development by providing proposal and project expertise for new opportunities, close collaborate with sales and portfolio to drive the new business.
• Lead end-to-end project from award through post SOP months, ensuring compliance with GDPEP process and timely management reporting with appropriate escalation protocols.
• Monitor and control ERD/Capex/BOM costs, driving functional teams to maintain financial KPIs against baseline targets.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, resolving interface issues and promoting teamwork across departments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., VAVE targets) across all project phases.

Your Profile as a Project Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Business or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years in automotive industry (3+ years in PM role), with Powertrain Modules & Electric Motors experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication (oral/written English) and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in project management tools (C-place, JIRA, etc.).
• Agile/Waterfall methodology expertise; PMP certification advantageous; With Engineering background preferred.
