Engineer, IE

Lead standard time operation system, provide professional layout scheme, push continuous improvement and popularize IE tools and methods. Our Team Lead and participate in team projects to service company for waste elimination and efficiency improvement

What You Will Do

Maintain and audit standard time data, and optimize standard time operation system to support product quoted price, employee performance and relative costing calculation.

Create, implement and maintain time measurement system to push production line continuous improvement promoting products competition advantage.

Build Layout system, provide its design scheme and maintain it. Formulate operation standardization including man and machine, and design its layout for company automation.

Lead and finish LB Kaizen projects with their expectation.

Train and popularize IE knowledge and tools.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.

Experience in IE work occupation at least 3 years.

* * Master IE professional knowledge necessary.

* Possess good abilities on project management,communication skill, organizing and analysis as well as training for other engineers.

* Excellent in AutoCAD or Solid work software Good English ability, especially reading and writing..

What Will Put You Ahead Prior experience in IE work occupation with 5 years or more and own the big electric industry Kaizen experience.
