Advanced Planning Execution* * Own production and material planning for assigned value streams * Ensure supplier delivery performance and raw material availability * Monitor and optimize inventory levels (RM, WIP, consignment stock) * Secure production plan adherence and minimize premium freight * Identify structural planning gaps and drive corrective actions *2. Project & System Leadership (Strategic Role)* * Act as key user and project lead for SAP S / 4HANA (LOP / LOM modules) * Lead logistics-related digital transformation projects * Define target processes aligned with Bosch standards and BPS principles * Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Production, Purchasing, IT, Finance) * Manage project scope, timeline, risk, and milestone governance * Ensure data integrity, process standardization, and sustainable system adoption *3. Continuous Improvement & Governance* * Drive planning process optimization through PDCA and BPS * Develop KPI transparency and reporting structure * Lead improvement task forces when structural issues arise * Support logistics strategy and system roadmap of the plant *Key Performance Indicators* * Supplier OTD * Inventory performance (coverage / turnover) * Production plan fulfillment (BTS) * Premium freight reduction * Successful delivery of SAP S / 4HANA milestones * Process standardization & data accuracy *Qualifications* *Qualification Requirements* *Education* * Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field) *Experience* * Minimum 5 years in production and material planning * Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects * Hands-on experience with SAP (S / 4HANA preferred) * Experience in logistics / warehouse system implementation is a strong advantage *Knowledge & Skills* * Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes * Strong analytical and problem-solving capability * Structured project management skills * Strong system thinking and process design capability * High ownership mindset and result orientation * Ability to work under pressure and manage complexity * Fluent English *Profile Positioning* This role is positioned as : * expert in planning execution * Future digital transformation driver in logistics
