Broker Associate/ Risk Analyst

Overview

We are currently seeking a Reinsurance Broker Associate / Risk Analyst to join our dynamic team in Beijing, China. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or professionals looking to build a career in the reinsurance and risk management industry. How you'll make an impact Support the development and maintenance of strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients. Engage regularly with clients to gather feedback, identify needs, and collect market intelligence. Conduct market research and prepare relevant reports and insights. Assist senior brokers with reinsurance placements, including data verification, drafting, submission, negotiation, and monitoring the placement process. Perform other related ad-hoc tasks as required. About you Master’s degree or above; all majors are welcome. Open to recent graduates. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential. Additional languages such as French, German, or Cantonese are an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Outgoing, proactive, and professional, with excellent interpersonal skills. A strong work ethic and a responsible attitude. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
