Welcome to Bosch. *Job Description* * 负责自动驾驶中端到端模型得设计和开发,包括但不限于两段式端到端,一段式端到端,VLA等 * 针对车端部署,开展模型算法层面性能优化工作,例如模型量化,蒸馏,算子优化等 * 负责大模型自动驾驶数据集得自动化挖掘,标注及管理,优化大模型以提升自动驾驶系统得性能 * 与其他算法,软件,Infra等团队紧密合作,确保算法在整体系统中有效集成 *Qualifications* * 计算机科学,机器人,人工智能等相关领域的硕士 / 博士,2年以上自动驾驶,机器人相关经验 * 具有大语言模型,多模态大模型,生成式模型等算法背景以及扎实的数学基础; * 具备扎实的编程能力,熟练掌握Python和C++编程语言;
