Major tasks & Responsibilities:

1. Develop local strategic partners for mastering, replications, as well as value chain partners for windshield integration.

2. In cooperate with global Holographic strategies, develop and implement bankable market and business development plan in China.

3. Deep dive in the value chain, identify the influencers and decision makers, promote holographic product offering and technology.

4. Maintain close relationship with target brand owners and Automotive OEMs via active interaction including Tech Day, seminar, routing visit.

5. Articulate for teams with insights and foresights of target brands and OEMs for better collaboration and decision making.

6. Closely monitor the competitive information (commercial & technical) in holographic related market, lead the discussion internally for decision making, and assure solid strategic inputs, financial and technical feeds for business.

7. Participate in industry trade shows and present technical topics.

Work relations:

1. All levels of external stakeholders in the value chain of AR glass and transparent displays

2. All levels of internal functions of Marketing development, R&D, AD, Planning & Supply

3. Cross-BE contacts of automotive segment, esp EP E&E, Mobility segment

4. Global HLG communities

Qualification

1. University degree in optical physics

2. Strong expertise in optical physics, ideally specialized knowledge in holography

3. 7+ years sales or/and business development experience in AR/HUD display industry

4. Knowledge of automotive development process, especially for spec-in material solutions in auto applications;

5. self-motivated, ownership and result driven, engaging people

6. Capable of exploring opportunities, leading projects, seeking solutions, predicting and negotiating customer expectations

7. Native Chinese speaker and fluent in written and oral English
