智能座舱产品线总监
核心职责
? 全链路交付管理：主导智能座舱产品的全生命周期交付，涵盖工厂生产排程、供应链协同、物流运输及客户现场交付，确保准时交付率（OTD）与客户满意度。
? 供应链与工厂协同：作为工厂与供应链的核心接口，优化物料计划与生产计划的联动，管理关键物料（如芯片、显示屏）的供应风险，推动JIT/VMI等精益生产模式落地。
? 物流网络优化：设计并管理全球物流网络，涵盖入厂物流（Inbound）与出厂物流（Outbound），优化运输成本与时效，确保在复杂国际贸易环境下的物流韧性。
? 售后与备件管理：构建并优化售后备件供应链体系，管理备件库存水平、逆向物流及维修周转，提升售后响应速度与服务覆盖率。
? 成本与质量管控：主导交付过程中的成本优化项目（VAVE），同时确保产品在制造、物流、售后各环节的质量符合车规级标准（ISO 9001/IATF 16949）。
任职要求
? 教育背景：供应链管理、物流工程、工业工程、工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
? 工作经验：10年以上制造业运营管理经验，其中至少5年专注于汽车电子、智能座舱或高端制造领域。
核心能力：
? 精通供应链管理：熟悉Demand Planning、S&OP、采购策略及库存优化模型。
? 熟悉汽车制造流程：了解SMT、组装、测试等电子制造流程，熟悉APQP、PPAP等质量工具。
? 售后运营思维：理解售后服务的特殊性，具备备件预测与逆向物流管理能力。
? 语言能力：流利的英语作为工作语言，具备跨文化团队管理与谈判能力。

? 拥有CSCP、CPIM、PMP等专业认证。
? 有跨国企业全球运营管理经验，或在头部Tier 1供应商担任过同等职位。
? 熟悉SAP、Oracle等ERP系统及供应链高级计划与排程（APS）系统。
