IT Digital Applications Delivery Lead (m/f/d)

In this role, you will take ownership of delivering, supporting, and continuously improving our global application landscape, with a strong focus on Microsoft Business Central and integrated enterprise systems. Acting as a vital link between IT and business, you will ensure system reliability, drive global process alignment, and provide high-quality user support. This position offers direct collaboration with senior stakeholders and the chance to influence key digital initiatives across the organization. Location China remote, ability to be on our production site in Jining in less than two hours

What you will be doing:

• Deliver and support ERP and related business applications.
• Act as a global functional point of contact for enterprise systems.
• Gather and translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Manage system rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Handle incidents, escalations, and change management processes.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards (GDPR, NIST).
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support reporting, BI tools, and data-driven decision-making.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience in IT application management).
• Minimum 3 years in a similar IT applications or ERP delivery role or active participation as a key user in a full ERP implementation and subsequent support.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and spoken, fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Business Central (V20+), Navision, Dynamics AX/365 or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with ERP implementations.
• Experience with testing, incident management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a global, multicultural environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and user-focused mindset.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics for non-technical users.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
• Finance and accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Ready to travel up to 25%.
