Quality Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Assist with document control tasks, including file format checking, stamping and issuance, retrieval and obsolete, and document storage.
• Assist with record control tasks, including form format combing, record ccollection, and record storage.
• Assist with the collection of internal audit records and tracking of follow-up actions.
• Assist with raw material data tasks, including checking the raw material quality assurance certificates, inspection data, and expiration dates.
• Assist with product data tasks, including entering inspection data into the system.
• Assist with the collection and tracking of other information to support customer needs.
• Assist with other temporary tasks and support the preparation of system certification.
• Assist Quality Team in planning and executing company activities.

1. 协助文件管控工作，包括文件格式检查、盖章发行、回收作废、文件储存。

2. 协助记录管控工作，包括表单格式梳理、记录收集、记录储存。

3. 协助内部审核记录收集和后续行动跟踪。

4. 协助原料数据工作，包括核对原料质保书、检验数据、有效期。

5. 协助产品数据工作，包括检验数据录入系统。

6. 协助其他信息收集和跟踪，支持满足客户需求。

7. 协助其他临时任务，支持体系认证准备。

8. 协助质量团队计划和执行公司活动。
