We set trends and enable new business opportunities for Bosch. * Conduct research and pre-development of innovative compressor concept for automobile and household applications. * Focus is on scroll eCompressor design, simulation, validation and optimization. * Work closely with corporate research hub in Renningen, Germany on project activities and competence development. * Work closely with business units to supply cutting edge and competitive technology solutions and to transform them to products. * *Main responsibility includes* : * Lead and participate research topic on scroll compressor, including requirement analysis, concept design, simulation and validation. * Pursue technology excellence by contributing brilliant ideas to new scroll compressor concepts and features including patent filing. * Prove innovation concept by pre-development including design, simulation, prototyping, test and validation. * Support project activities to transfer deliverables to business units successfully. * Manage suppliers and lab facilities for sample construction. *Qualifications* * PhD degree or master’s degree with >
