As part of GL team, perform accounting activities which comply with Group policies, local regulations and GBS standards in a timely and accurate manner within the following scope:

作为全球业务服务中心总账团队的一员，遵循集团制度、当地法规及操作规范，及时准确地完成以下各项职责：

• Be responsible for bank account management, like reimbursement, bank payment and receipt, BA management, reconciliations, and other related business.负责公司资金收付及银行结算工作，具体包括银行账户管理，收付款管理、银行承兑汇票登记及管理，每日核对账款，做到日清月结，账实相符。
• Properly process foreign currency transaction in accordance with local SAFE regulations. 办理外汇结算，进行外汇收付款申报，确保跨境资金业务符合外管合规要求。
• Perform month-end closing tasks to ensure smooth and sufficient closing process within group deadline;执行月末结账任务，在集团规定期限内及时高效地完成结账工作
• Archive vouchers and related reports;存档会计凭证和相关报告
• Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide required information;积极参与内部及外部审计，提供所需信息
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned; 完成分配的其他任务或项目
• Accounting/Finance degree preferred;大专及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业。
• Working experience in manufacturing preferred；有制造业从业经历者更佳
• Work carefully with efficient method;严谨、高度的责任感和风险防范意识
• Good team spirit and service mentality; 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神
• Good English skill preferred. 具备良好的英语技能者更佳。
