- Job Description* * Section Management "Sales and Project Management" * Define task distribution to section associates * Deploy targets based on company and department targets, and monitor target fulfillment- Define necessary competencies, assess actual status, support development and training of associates * Identify development potential of associates and define development measures * Process development and improvement for related tasks * Sales Responsibility * Align LD eAxle sales topics with responsible GCT, and responsible PRM * Identify and implement measures to continuously improve customer satisfaction * Establish and maintain excellent customer relationship in all related functions * Project Management Responsibility * Lead and advise associate in project acquisition and management * Coordinate and align project management topics for LD eAxle among projects and customers and with global stakeholders *Qualifications* * Master or bachelor of engineering or similar technical oriented major * ≥ 8 years working experience in technical oriented position or project management * Leadership ability * Technical comprehension and understanding of complex processes * Good communication skills *Additional Information* • 该岗位内部推荐奖金为人民币5,000元整(仅限博世内部员工申请),具体请参见[博世中国内部推荐政策] • Internal Referral bonus of this vacancy : RMB5,000 (Valid only for Bosch associates).
