Work with external suppliers to conduct an in-depth understanding of bean-to-cup machine functional and performance requirements, ensuring supplier alignment with BSH on requirements and execution including timeline, while serving as the technical liaison between global R&D and local supplier teams.与外部供应商协作，深入掌握全自动咖啡机的功能与性能要求，确保其在产品需求规格及执行方面与BSH 保持一致，并担任全球研发团队与本地供应商之间的技术联络人。
Key Responsibilities / 岗位职责
1. 系统开发与需求管理 / System Development and Requirement Management
主导压力式咖啡机及其关键系统（如萃取单元、加热模块、控制系统等）的需求定义与技术解读，统筹原型评审、开发跟进及迭代优化，确保产品在供应商端顺利实现量产。Lead requirements understanding and technical interpretation for espresso machines and their key systems (e.g., brewing unit, heating module, control system) by supplier, oversee prototype reviews, development progress, and iterative optimization to ensure successful delivery at the supplier site.
2. 供应商技术项目管理 /Supplier Technical and Project Management
与本地供应商开展深入的技术沟通，并将项目管理支持、进度控制与成本追踪有机结合，以确保其充分理解并严格执行所有技术规格及进度要求。Engage in in-depth technical discussions with local suppliers, integrating project management support, schedule control, and cost tracking to ensure their full understanding and strict adherence to all technical specifications and requirements and project timelines
3. 跨地域技术对接与方案本地化 / Cross regional technology integration and localization of solutions
对接海外研发团队，明确技术需求，完成技术方案的本地化适配、优化与落地。Collaborate with overseas R&D teams to clarify technical requirements, and perform localization adaptation, optimization, and implementation of technical
solutions.
4. 技术标准符合性支持 / Technical standard compliance support
深入理解技术方案及系统接口定义，支持并审核供应商方案，确保其满足BSH的质量与技术标准。
Deeply understand technical solutions and system interface definitions, support and review supplier proposals to ensure they meet corporate BSH quality and technical standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements / 任职要求
1. 教育背景 / Education Background

2. 经验与技能 / Experience
具备压力式咖啡机或类似精密家电产品的开发经验。对其核心模块有深入理解和实际开发经验者优先。
Experience in pressure-type coffee machines or similar precision home appliances. In-depth understanding and hands-on development experience in core modules is preferred.
3. 严谨负责，具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力、解决问题能力和项目推动力。Openness,reliability and commitment, Rigorous and responsible, with excellent cross-departmental communication, problem-solving, and project
management skills.
4. 英语流利，能独立与海外团队进行技术对接，并具备撰写英文技术文档与报告的能力。
Fluent in English, capable of independent technical communication with overseas teams and writing English technical documents and reports.
