As a Service Manager-Horizon Club we rely on you to

作为一名服务经理-行政楼层您的主要工作职责为

guest service as well as supervision direction and leadership of the Deluxe Pavilion in accordance with the objectives performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts;

management skills to motivate and improve staff performance;
3. Review monthly food and beverage costs and executive floor room charges;

4. ensuring that the executive floor serves guests in a clean and tidy environment;
5. Overseeing the operations and workflow of the executive floor to maximize guest satisfaction;

6. Liaise closely with the front desk to ensure the accuracy of all information and work on the executive floor;
personally receive guest complaints and handle them effectively and promptly.

2.运用管理技巧调动和提高员工工作积极性
3.审核月度餐饮成本和行政楼层客房费用

6.与前台紧密联系确保行政楼层各信息和工作的准确性
7.亲自接受宾客投诉及有效地及时处理

We are looking for someone who:

in front desk Opera system with at least 3 years related working experience in international brand hotels.
appearance love hotel work study the business quick reaction good at socializing.
able to use fluent English to engage in front office services.
