Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Product Partnership

• Partner with Product Management to support roadmap decisions investment prioritization and scenario modeling.
• Provide financial insights on product lifecycle economics including NPI costout portfolio optimization and endoflife considerations.
• Translate financial trends into actionable recommendations for product strategy.

2. Portfolio & P/L Ownership

• Lead financial performance management across Imaging modalities including revenue cost and margin.
• Deliver clear insights on performance vs. budget forecast and prior periods.
• Support longterm planning and portfolio profitability analysis.

3. Forecasting Budgeting & Closing

• Lead forecasting and budgeting cycles for productlevel financials.
• Coordinate monthly closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial reporting.
• Prepare management review materials summarizing key assumptions risks and opportunities.

4. CrossFunctional Influence & Leadership

• Communicate complex financial concepts clearly and influence decisions with datadriven insights.
• Build strong partnerships with Product Commercial Operations and Supply Chain teams.
• Contribute to shaping financial policies operating rhythms and strategic processes within the Imaging finance organization.

5. Team Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead and develop a Product Finance team.
• Establish strong operating mechanisms and promote analytical rigor collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability and proactive issue identification.

Required Qualifications:

• This role requires significant experience in the Finance & Commercial Finance Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Masters degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Desired Characteristics:

• 10 years of experience in FP&A Product/Commercial Finance or similarly complex environments.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel required Power BI preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with crossfunctional teams and influence decisions.
• Experience supporting product organizations supply chain or cost accounting is a strong plus.
