Description

We are looking for freelance linguists to perform on-site LQA testing at our automotive client’s office in Shanghai. Scope includes localized in-vehicle HMI/IVI, mobile apps, and interactive UI pages. Tasks include identifying and reporting linguistic/UI issues (accuracy, terminology, consistency, style, truncation/overflow) and suggesting fixes where needed.

The budget is 30 USD/hour.

Language pair:

Schedule & location

• On-site in Shanghai (no remote)
• Mon–Fri, 8 hours/day within core business hours for around 10 consecutive days
• Start date: To be determined

Requirements

• Mandatory: Relevant translation experience in the automotive industry
• Strong attention to detail; comfortable using issue/bug reporting tools and templates
• Knowledge of electric vehicles
• Preferred: LQA/localization testing experience
• Preferred: Valid driver’s license holder
