Position Overview
The Education Professional designs and delivers engaging lessons while assessing student progress and providing individualized support. This role works collaboratively with faculty to enhance teaching methodologies and develop curriculum tools. Teachers are expected to integrate innovative strategies and technology to elevate classroom experiences.
Working Hours
Days: Monday Friday with weekends off
Time schedule: Standard daytime hours (specific schedule discussed during interview)

Class Structure
Class size: Moderate class sizes for personalized attention
Details: Students across K-12 or higher education levels
Teaching team per class:
o Lead Instructor
o Teaching Assistant (for younger or larger groups)

Requirements
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field (Masters or PhD preferred for senior roles)
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in K-12 or higher education; prior leadership roles are a plus
Teaching license (e.g. PGCE TEFL/TESOL) preferred
Native English proficiency; Mandarin skills are advantageous but not required
Strong classroom management adaptability and cultural sensitivity
