Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Artwork & Document Management

• Manage all pre-artwork documents from initial marketing brief to final technical PDF sent to the artwork agency
• Ensure the creation and timeline tracking of decoration documents incorporating definitive texts and non-definitive technical elements
• Produce and maintain accurate agency-ready technical files at every stage of the workflow

Creative Adaptation & Execution

• Create creative format adaptations from a reference format (size shape substrate variations)
• Manage both pure execution work and creative declination
• Develop mock-ups for tubes cartons and labels
• Produce 2D/3D visuals and photomontages (Photoshop) to support presentation and validation stages

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

• Work directly with Product Managers and Brand Managers on graphic files - brief intake iterations and final delivery
• Support Product Managers with creative agency files mock-ups POS materials and packaging assets
• Provide ad hoc support for materials needed in connection with internal meetings and presentations

Required Knowledge & Skills

Technical Packaging Expertise

• Strong command of dielines constraints printint techniques and artwork/editing processes
• Solid understanding of packaging production workflows and industrial constraints

Software - mandatory high level of proficiency required

• Illustrator artwork and creative adaptation
• Photoshop - 2D/3D visuals and photomontage
• InDesign - edition and document production

Soft Skills & Orientation

• Strong client-service mindset - reactive rigorous and solution-oriented
• Genuine sensitivity to cosmetics beauty aesthetics and brand consistency
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills to work fluidly with both marketing and technical stakeholders
