Job Summary职位概述:

Warehouse Leader takes leadership on warehouse layout improvement warehouse job planning & distribution to make sure high efficiency on the material in & out as well as finished goods packing.

Essential Duties基本职责:

• Lead pre-shift meetings and arrange the task and resource distribution according to the production plan & loading plan. 领导班前会议根据生产计划和装车计划安排任务和资源分配
• Warehouse operator management; Implementation & record of new operator training multi-positional operator training; Monthly operator performance evaluation. 仓库操作人员管理;实施并记录新员工培训多岗位员工培训;月度操作员绩效评估
• Responsible for material/component receipt according to the delivery note and make sure the number in the delivery note match with physical components. 根据送货单负责材料/零件的收货入库并确保送货单上的数量与实物相符
• Responsible for finished goods or material/components packing for shipment according to loading plan making sure finished goods being packed match with loading plan. 根据装货计划负责成品或材料/部件的包装确保成品包装与装货计划相符
• Summary defects in WIP and return defective components to the supplier. 汇总在制品中的不良品清单并将不良品返还给供应商
• Warehouse layout improvement; and warehouse operation procedure improvement. 仓库布局改善;仓库操作流程的改进
• Warehouse equipment daily maintenance; Basic troubleshooting. 仓库设备日常维护;基本的故障排除
• Implementation of company safety management regulation. 执行公司安全管理规定
• Perform other related duties as assigned. 完成分配的其他相关工作

Education and Experience 教育和经验要求

• College degree in science and engineering or related. 理工科及相关专业大专以上文凭
• Minimal 3 years of work experience as warehouse leader experience in the customization industry is a plus. 3年以上仓库主管工作经验有客户化定制产品仓库管理经验者优先
• Experience in the blind industry or window industry will be a plus. 有百叶窗和窗行业经验的优先考虑
• Project management experience is preferred. 最好有项目管理经验
• Experience in warehouse operations related to quality systems (e.g. ISO 9001 ISO 14001) 有质量系统相关仓库运作的经验如ISO9001ISO 14001

• Familiar with warehouse management procedures. 熟悉仓库管理流程
• Meticulous and well organized focus on details. 良好的时间管理能力并关注细节

• Proficient in office software experience in ERP is a plus. 熟练运用办公软件有ERP系统经验的优先考虑
